The Vintage series also know as the V series is a line of acoustic guitar models produced for Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. It was introduced for 1974.
The series consists of six string acoustic guitars and 12-string acoustic guitars. Featuring dreadnought, concert, grand concert, jumbo and folk bodies handcrafted in Japan.
Within the series, a sub-series called York was introduced between 1974-1977.
The Vintage series was discontinued after 1990.
The series reappeared in 1997, this time with models made in Korea.
