The Verdine White series is a signature line of solid body electric bass guitar models offered by Ibanez. It is the signature series of American bassist Verdine White who is known primarily for his work with the R&B/funk/fusion band Earth, Wind & Fire.
White's signature bass from Ibanez, the VWB1, was released for 1999. It was among the first artist signature basses offered by Ibanez, alongside models by Gary Willis and Doug Wimbish which were released concurrently.
