The V320S (also referred to as V320/S or V320-S) is a Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was hand-made in Japan.

The V320S features a dreadnought body with solid spruce top on rosewood back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette and a tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a Tru-Tune saddle in an rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and chrome plated machine heads.

The V320 is a similar model without the solid top. The V300S is a similar model with mahogany on back and sides.

The V300S was discontinued after 1980.
