The V312 is an Vintage series 12-string acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1982. It was made in Japan.

The V312 features a dreadnought body with spruce top on ovangkol or mahogany back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with pearloid black and white multi-line rosette and a tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a True-tune saddle on a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and chrome covered machine heads.

The V310 is a similar six-string model.

The V312 was discontinued after 1983.
