The V302L is a 12-string left-handed Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1981. It was made in Japan.

The V302L features a dreadnought body with spruce top bound with maple bindig on mahogany back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with wooden multi-line rosette and a tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dots position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a bone saddle in an adjustable rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and chrome plated machine heads.

The V302 is a similar right-handed model.

The V302L was discontinued after 1983.
