The V300 is an Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1989. It was produced in Japan.
The V300 features a dreadnought body shape constructed of a spruce top on nato wood back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette. The nato neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle on a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and Die-cast machine heads.
For 1990 the neck material was changed to mahogany and the pickguard to black color.
The V300L is a similar left-handed model. The V320 is a related model with rosewood back, snow flake fingerboard position markers and herringbone inlay.
