The V300 is a Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1978. It was hand-made in Japan.
The V300 features a dreadnought body with spruce top on mahogany back and mahogany sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with black and white multi-line rosette and a tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck has a 20-fret ebonized rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a Tru-Tune saddle in an rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and chrome plated machine heads.
For 1986 the neck wood and back ans sides was changed to Nato.
The V302 is a 12-string version. The V320 similar model with rosewood on back and sides. The V300L is a left-handed version.
