V282CL Natural Red copyright sprite

The V282CL is a 12-string limited edition Vintage series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1990. It was produced in Japan.

The V282CL features a dreadnought body shape constructed of a cedar top on nato back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with herringbone inlay rosette. The nato neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a plastic saddle on a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and individual chrome machine heads.

The V280CL is a similar six-string model. The V280CLE is a related acoustic/ electric guitar model.

The V282CL was discontinued after 1990.
