The UCGR4 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1991. It was produced in the United States as part of the Graphic Design series of the USA Custom line. The Graphic Design models feature bodies which are handpainted by "some of the most skilled and imaginative artists in America".[1]

The UCGR4 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include two DiMarzio-made IBZ/USA humbucking pickups at the bridge and neck flanking an IBZ/USA single-coil, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.

The image on this guitar, entitled "Leather & Metal", features a leather-clad female figure and a graphic design. It was handpainted and signed by Pamelina H.

This represents only the "stock" configuration, as customers could customize the guitar to their own desires. The customer could select the pickup configuration and pickups, the fretboard material and inlays, the headstock, the hardware color and more.

The UCGR4 was discontinued after 1991 although a similar Custom Graphics series was offered in 1992.
