Was a huge contributor and user of the Oficial Ibanez Forum, had insane info on everything Ibanez, then sold my guitars and was away from playing for some time, When I came back after working on a 7 string and realizing how much I missed playing and modding Ibanez Guitars to my utter sadness I found out that the Official forum had crashed and all the data was Gone>>> Poof.
I am glad to see something out here that has some info to help people and hopefully maybe i can help make this Forum and Wiki better.
Yeah, it was a shame to see the Ibanez Forum shut down. There was definitely a lot of useful information on that site. The good news is that some of the information has been archived by the Wayback Machine. If there was some content you found particularly useful, you might be able to find it there. If you do, it would be great to add it to the wiki so that others can find it.
Anything you want to contribute to the wiki would be greatly appreciated. Lately I've been working on adding coverage of more of the early and mid-eighties guitars. But there's room for improvement in just about every article and not enough hours in the day to work on it all.
If you have ideas you want to flesh out, feel free to post them in these forums or reach out to me directly.
I will look as I had posted a ton of stuff I had found out about striping bodies, staining, clear coats, neck re-shapping to match original wizard, on top of that I had Oh shoot probably 100+ Articles I had made in word Docs and PDF's That all went kaput when my cat knocked my 1TB seagate drive off my desk. plus the probably over 1000 Guitar Pro Files I had collected that I was sharing with whomever was interested.
I guess you can Imagine my total Disgust after HD disaster which was just after I sold my 2 Custom guitars I made and was looking for parts to build a different one at that Time I pretty much just say , well you know and I stopped doing guitar anything.
As I find articles I Had and or get some of my files I tried recovering back I will be sure to post them
