I'm a bit conflicted about what year to put on this article and the one for the RG1270K.
I usually defer to the year the model was introduced, rather than strictly looking at the year of birth from the serial number. This is because Ibanez typically starts producing the models for the next year in November. For example they make a guitar in November 2021, but since they don't introduce and start selling that model until 2022, I consider that a 2022 guitar.
These ones are a little different, since the serials indicate they were made in March of 2021, yet they weren't offered for sale until October of 2022. In the article we've classified them as 2022 models for now, but I'm leaning toward changing that to 2021.
I'm thinking about how a future user will find this guitar on the wiki. If I were going off the serial number alone, I'd expect the guitar to show up on Portal:2021 rather than Portal:2022.
I've taken a similar approach with the SA460SM which similarly just showed up for sale, but was made way back in 2018. In that case, I made the decision to classify that as a 2018 guitar, despite the fact it didn't come to light until 2022. Instead, I noted in the article the situation with its late introduction.
What do you think? Should these RG1270xx's be listed as 2021 or 2022 guitars?
