TMB105 Black

The TMB105 is a five string Talman Bass series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2016. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the standard line.

The TMB105 features an asymmetric double-cutaway mahogany body bolted to a maple neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Dynamix passive pickups mounted in a red tortoise pickguard with a Precision pickup at the neck and a Jazz pickup at the bridge, an Ibanez custom preamp with a two-band EQ, a B15W bridge with 18mm string spacing, a plastic nut, and Ibanez open tuning machines.

For 2018 the rosewood fretboard was replaced with jatoba and the body material was changed from mahogany to poplar.

The TMB100 is a four string version.

The TMB105 was discontinued after 2025.
