The TCY621 is a Talman acoustic series acoustic/electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2025. It is produced in China. It was offered as part of the "Blackout" series of fully black acoustics along with the AEG721 and the AEWC621.
The TCY621 features a double cutaway body with a laminated spruce top with black binding on laminated sapele back and sides. The oval soundhole has a simple black waterslide rosette. The okoume neck has a 20-fret purpleheart fingerboard with black binding and only side dot position markers. Components include a compensated plastic saddle in a purpleheart bridge with Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez tuning machines.
The TCY621's electronics consist of an Ibanez under saddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ2T preamp with 2-band EQ and on-board tuner powered by a 9V battery and feeding a ΒΌ" stereo end-pin output jack.
