The SZ4020FM is a SZ series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2006. It was made in South Korea by World Musical Instrument Company as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The SZ4020FM features neck-through-body construction with mahogany wings topped with flamed maple mated to a maple and walnut neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and a special SZ Prestige inlay only at the 12th fret. Components include a Gibraltar Custom fixed bridge, a pair of humbucking pickups specially designed and made for the SZ series by Seymour Duncan, a plastic nut and Gotoh tuning machines with height-adjustable posts.

It replaced the SZ2020FM which is a similar model with a set-in neck.

The SZ4020FM was discontinued after 2007.
