The SV5470Q is an SV series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2014. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The SV5470Q features a quilted maple top with binding on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and small pearloid dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with a pair of True Duo Blast humbuckers with a True Duo coil-split system flanking a Short Tracer single-coil, a SynchroniZR ball bearing pivot synchronized tremolo bridge with a ZPS-FX tuning stabilizer and Ibanez auto-trimming locking tuners which cut excess string as the locking clamp is engaged.
Similar models include the SV5470F (flamed maple top), the SV5470A (ash top), the SV5470 (plain maple top) and the SV5470QE (quilted maple top and EMG pickups).
The SV5470Q was offered only in Japan and was discontinued after 2015.
