The SRX705 is a five string SRX series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2003. It was produced in South Korea as part of the Standard line.
The SRX705 features neck-through-body construction on light ash wings attached to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Components include a B205 fixed bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, and a pair of Ibanez PFR-AL5 (Passive Full Range) pickup's with alnico magnets channeled through a 2-band EQ (EQB-IIDX), a plastic nut and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
