The SRT series is a line of solid body bass guitars produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand.

The SRT series was introduced in 2010.

The SRT (neck-through) models were essentially Soundgear SDGR-bodied basses produced in Indonesia. The basses featured the SR shape and neck-thru construction bodies to give longer sustain, brighter sound, and easier access to those higher frets than the traditional bolt-on necks.

They were equipped with EMG active DC-40s pickups and some models with Bartolini MK-1 passive pickups, most had the Vari-Mid III preamp with 3-band EQ, others came with the EQB-IIIs 3-band EQ with Mid frequency switch.

The SRT models also include 3D-contoured ergonomics, an arched top, and scooped back body give a good feel for comfortable playing.

The SRT’s were available in both 4 and 5-string models and were discontinued after 2012.
