SRSC805 Deep Twilight Flat (more images)

The SRSC805 is a five string Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2016. It was made in Indonesia as part of the Ibanez Bass Workshop line.

The SRSC805 features neck through body construction with mahogany wings and a poplar burl top mated to a maple and purpleheart neck with a 24-fret purpleheart fingerboard with abalone oval position markers. Components include a pair of Bartolini MK-1 passive pickups with an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, a Mono-rail bridge with 18mm string spacing, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.

For 2019 the mahogany body wings were replaced with okoume.

The SRSC800 and SRSC806 are similar four and six string models.

The SRSC805 was discontinued after 2022.
