The SRG450QMZD is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2012. It was a spot model created for and sold exclusively by Japanese musical instrument retailer Shimamura Musical Instruments Co., Ltd. It was produced in Indonesia.
The SRG450QMZD features a basswood body with a quilted maple top and white binding bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with small dot position markers. Components include Seymour Duncan pickups with a single-coil in the middle flanked by two humbuckers mounted in a pearloid pickguard and an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge with a removable "zero point system" tuning stabilizer.
The SRG470FMZ is a related model with a mahogany body with flamed maple top, DiMarzio pickups and no pickguard.
