The SR924QM is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1989. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the Standard line.
The SR924QM features a neck-through-body construction on quilted maple body with arched top attached to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with an off-set oval mother of pearl position marker at 12 fret and a ebony headstock. Components include a HB-4 fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, and a pair of DiMarzio IBZ/USA C1 P/J passive pickup's, a plastic nut, gold hardware and gotoh tuning machines.
The SR924 is a related model with hard maple body. The SR924PD is a related model with padduk body. The SR924S is a related model with diferent pickup's.
