The SR905FM is a five string Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2004. It was produced in South Korea by Cor-Tek as part of the Standard line.
The SR905FM features a 3D curved neck-through-body construction on flamed maple wings and bubinga stripes attached to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval position markers and a matching headstock. Components include an Accu-cast B25 fixed bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, and a pair of Bartolini MK1 active pickup's channeled through a Bartolini MK1 3-Band EQ, a plastic nut, gotoh tuning machines and cosmo black hardware.
The SR900FM is a related four-string model. The SR905 is a related model with figured maple wings body.
