The SR890GH is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1995. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the Standard line.

The SR890GH features a double-cutaway basswood body with gravure hard maple top bolted to a SR4 maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include an Accu-cast B IV fixed bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, and a pair of Ibanez Active Full Range J/P active pickups channeled through a Vari-Mid preamp with 3-band equalizer, a plastic nut, gold hardware and Gotoh tuning machines.
