The SR7105 is a five string Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1997. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The SR7105 features a double-cutaway maple body with curved top and back bolted to a SR5 maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone oval position markers a "Custom Made"" inlay at 24 fret and a matching headstock. Components include a Mono-rail bridge with D-tuner on the bass ("E") string and 16.5mm string spacing, a pair of Bartolini soapbar humbucking pickups channeled through a Bartolini preamp with 3-band EQ, a plastic nut, gold hardware and deluxe Gotoh tuning machines.
