The SR7000MW is a limited edition Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1997. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The SR7000MW features a double-cutaway mahogany and walnut body bolted to a SR wenge and bubinga neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard with abalone ovals position markers with "Custom Made" inlay at 24 fret and a black headstock. Components include a Mono-rail bridge with D-tuner on the bass ("E") string and 19mm string spacing, and a pair of Bartolini humbucking pickups channeled through a Bartolini preamp with 3-band EQ and mid-frequency selector, a plastic nut, gold hardware and deluxe Gotoh 510 tuning machines.

The SR7005MW is a five string version.

The SR7000MW was offered only in 1997.
