2001 SR645L-GP

The SR645L is a left-handed, five string Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2001. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the Standard line.

The SR645L features a double-cutaway basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a pair of IBZ DX-5 N/B pickups channeled through a EQ BII 2-band EQ, a Die-cast 5 string fixed bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, black hardware and die-cast machine heads.

The SR640, SR645 and SR646 are related four, five and six string models.

The SR645L was discontinued after 2002.
