The SR530 is a medium scale "32.0 inch" Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1990. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the Standard line.

The SR530 features a double-cutaway basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a standard fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, and a pair of Ibanez-P/J-1 passive pickup's, a plastic nut, black hardware and gotoh tuning machines.

The SR530 was discontinued after 1992.
