The SR500FL is a fretless Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was crafted in South Korea by Cort.

The SR500FL features a double cutaway light American maple body bolted to a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard with 24 painted fretlines, pearl white side dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a pair of Ibanez DX J/P pickups on the neck and bridge positions, controls are volume, balance, treble boost/cut, bass boost/cut, a 2-band equalizer, Die-cast fixed bridge, and black hardware.

The SR500 is a similar fretted model.
