The SR4605 is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez in mid 2020. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The SR4605 features an ash body bolted to a titanium reinforced wenge and bubinga Atlas neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard with mother of pearl and abalone oval position markers. Components include a pair of Bartolini custom passive pickups with an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, Mono-rail bridges with 16.5mm string spacing, a GraphTech Black TUSQ nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The SR4600 is a similar four string model. The SR5005 is a related model with an African mahogany and wenge body.
