The SR300 is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model that was manufactured by Ibanez from 2008 to 2015, at the Cort factory (Cor-Tek) in Indonesia and has been updated many times throughout the year with various iterations to the name.
For the 2009 model year the SR300 came with both maple and rosewood fingerboard variants and was the first Soundgear models to to offer both.

The SR300 features a double-cutaway agathis body bolted to a 5 piece maple and rosewood SR4 neck, including 24 medium sized frets with white dot position markers and B100/B105 bridges.
- 2008-2011 (IP01 - IP03) 
Pickups are a pair of Ibanez EXF-4 passive pickups with an active EQB3B preamp with a "Style Sweeper" control, along with a stacked bass/treble boost/cut.
