The SR300M is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2010. It was produced in Indonesia by Cor-Tek as part of the Standard line.
The SR300M features a double-cutaway agathis body bolted to a maple and rosewood neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a pair of Ibanez EXF-4 R/N passive pickups with an Ibanez EQB-IIIB "Style Sweeper" preamp with 3-Band EQ, an Accu-cast B100 fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, a plastic nut, cosmo black hardware and Ibanez die-cast tuning machine
For 2012 the bridge was changed to an Accu-cast B120, Ibanez CAP EXF-N2 passive humbucking pickups and the preamp was changed to an Ibanez EQB-IIID preamp with 3-band EQ.
The SR300L is a left handed version. The SR305M is a similar five string version.
