The SR300DXL is a left-handed Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1997. It was produced in South Korea by Cor-Tek as part of the Standard line. Production moved to Indonesia for 2005.
The SR300DXL features a double-cutaway agathis body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a pair of IBZ DX-J/P pickups channeled through a Phat EQ, a Die-cast 4 string fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, chrome hardware and die-cast machine heads.
The SR300DXL was listed on the American market price list from 1997 to 2001 and was listed only as an available version on catalogs with not pictures of it.
The SR300DX and SR305DX are related four and five string models. The SR300DXF is a related fretless model.
The SR300DXL was discontinued in 2003 but it reappeared in 2005.
