The SR1500KR is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1996. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The SR1500KR features a double-cutaway mahogany body with karin top and back bolted to a SR bubinga and wenge neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard with abalone ovals position markers with "Custom Made" inlay at 24 fret and a black headstock. Components include an Accu-cast B IV fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing, and a pair of IBZ AFR-J/P pickup's, a plastic nut, gold hardware and Gotoh tuning machines.

The SR1500 is a related model.

The SR1500KR was offered only in 1996.
