The SA260M is an SA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It was produced in Indonesia.
The SA260M is one of just a handful of models in the SA series with a maple fingerboard. It has a mahogany body with an arched top and a flat back bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include an SAT Pro two-point synchronized tremolo bridge and Ibanez pickups with a True Duo humbucker at the bridge and Axis single-coils in the neck and middle positions.
The SA260 is a similar model with a rosewood fretboard.
The SA260M was discontinued after just one year in production.
