The S6521Q is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The S6521Q features a quilted maple top on a mahogany body bolted to titanium reinforced maple and walnut Super Wizard HP neck with a 24-fret marbled rosewood fingerboard with binding and offset dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups, a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge and Gotoh locking tuners.

For 2018 the wood species of the body was specified as African mahogany. For 2019 the marbled rosewood fretboard was swapped for Macassar ebony.
