The S620EXFB is an S series solid body electric guitar model offered by Ibanez in 2009. It was produced in Indonesia.

The S620EXFB features a figured bubinga top w/ dark binding on a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and offset dot position markers only at the twelfth fret. Components include a pair of Ibanez Infinity covered humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings and a ZR ball-bearing pivot double locking tremolo bridge with a ZPS2 tuning stabilizer.

The S520EX is a related model without the bubinga top.

The S620EXFB was discontinued after only one year.
