The S620EX1 is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It was a spot model which was made in South Korea and was sold exclusively by the Guitar Center retail chain.

The most striking feature of the S620EX1 is the special black, silver and blue (or purple) finish that appears to have been the process of painting several different colors and then removing some layers through sanding. It has a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and special claw mark position markers only on the twelfth fret. Components include dual "Designed by EMG" passive humbucking pickups and a ZR double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS2 tuning stabilizer.

The S620EXQM and S620EXFB are similar models with, respectively, quilted maple and figured bubinga tops.

The S620EXQ1 was offered only in 2007.
