The S5470M is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in mid 2014. It was built in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The S5470M features a mahogany body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and walnut Super Wizard HP neck with 24-fret maple fingerboard with offset black dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with a pair of Hot Grinder humbuckers flanking a Short Tracer single-coil, a ZR2 ball bearing pivot double locking tremolo bridge with removable ZPS tuning stabilizer and Gotoh tuning machines.
The S5470MF is a similar model with a flamed maple top. The S5470 is a similar model with a rosewood fretboard.
The S5470M was discontinued after 2016.
