S5470

The Ibanez S5470 was introduced along with the F, BW and E-Gen derivatives in 2008 and is the first 24 fret S model made widely available for the public. Also, it was the return of Japanese made S Prestige guitars as all S Prestige models from 2005 to 2007 were made in Korea.

In 2009 two new finishes were introduced: Cosmic Blue Mica and Red Optimus.
