The S5470 is an S series Prestige guitar model sold by Ibanez. It was among the first 24-fret S guitar models made widely available for the public, introduced along with the S5470F, S5470BW and E-Gen in 2008. Also, it was the return of Japanese made S Prestige guitars as all S Prestige models from 2005 to 2007 were made in Korea.

Features of the S5470 include a mahogany body, Ibanez-designed pickups and the ZR2 tremolo. In 2009 an altered mid pickup was introduced and in 2010 the neck was changed. The S5470 was discontinued after the 2013 model year.
