S5221BWE Transparent Black Sunburst

The S5221BWE is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in mid 2019. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.

The S5221BWE features a black and white ebony top on an African mahogany body bolted to a titanium reinforced maple and walnut Super Wizard HP neck with a 24-fret macassar ebony fingerboard with offset mother of pearl dot position markers and Luminlay side dots. Components include dual Bare Knuckle Brute Force humbucking pickups, a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut and locking Gotoh tuning machines.

The S5521Q is a related model with a quilted maple top. The S5521 is a related model without and exotic top.
