The S520 is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 2014. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the Standard range.

The S520 features a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups, an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut, and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.

For 2018 the rosewood fretboard was replaced by jatoba. For 2019 the mahogany body was replaced by meranti. For 2021 the fretboard reverted to rosewood.

The S521 is a similar model with a fixed bridge.

The S520 was discontinued after 2024.
