The S520EX is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2002. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The S520EX features a mahogany body bolted to a maple and bubinga Super Wizard neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with S wave inlays. Components include a pair of Ibanez Vintage humbucking pickups mounted in metal pickup rings and an Edge double locking tremolo bridge. It has a special textured Biker's Black finish and vintage silver hardware.

This S520EX was discontinued after just one year, but another model with the same name was introduced for 2005.
