The S470L is an S series guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1998.

The S470L features a mahogany body bolted to a maple Wizard II neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a double locking tremolo bridge and Ibanez Axis pickups.

The S470 is a right-handed version.

The RG470L was discontinued after 2001.
