The S320SP is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2008. It was made in Indonesia as a spot model which was sold in Canada.

The S320SP features a mahogany body with a special Red Chameleon finish bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers on at the twelfth fret. Components include a pair of Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups and the ball-bearing pivot ZR double locking tremolo bridge with removeable ZPS2 tuning stabilizer.

The S320 is a similar regular production model with a different finish.

The S320SP was offered only in 2008.
