The S2120X is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2002. It is part of the high end Prestige line. It replaced the S2020X which has a different neck and fretboard inlays.

The S2120X features a mahogany body bolted to a maple Ultra neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with S waves position marker on the 12th fret. Components include a Double Edge double locking tremolo bridge with integrated L.R. Baggs piezo pickups which offer an acoustic-like tone along with dual Ibanez Quantum magnetic humbucking pickups and separate outputs for the piezo and magnetic pickups. Controls consist of a master volume, master tone and five-way position selector for the magnetic pickups; a volume and stacked bass and treble controls for the piezo pickups; and a three way toggle to send signal to either the piezo or magnetic outputs or a mixed output.

The S2120X was discontinued after a single year of production.
