The S1620FB is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2003. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line. It replaced the S1520FB.

The S1620 features a figured bubinga top on a sculpted mahogany body bolted to a maple and bubinga Super Wizard neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and special S wave inlays at the twelfth fret only. Components include a pair of Ibanez Quantum humbucking pickups and a ball bearing pivot ZR double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS2 tuning stabilizer.

The S1620 is a similar model without the exotic top. The S1625FB is a similar model with a special D tuner on the tremolo.

The S1620FB was discontinued after 2004.
