The RX180G is a solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 1999. It is part of the entry level RX series.
The RX180G features a flame maple top on a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a color-matched headstock and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a gold synchronized tremolo bridge and Ibanez pickups with HF2 and HR2 humbuckers flanking a T6M single-coil.
The RX170 is a related model without the flame maple top and with chrome hardware.
The RX180G was sold only in Japan and was discontinued after 2000.
