The RT250 is an RT series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1993.

The RT series represent a "retro" take on the RG; instead of a locking tremolo and high-output pickups, they featured a more traditional appearance and sound, reminiscent of a vintage Fender Stratocaster.

The RT250 features an alder body bolted to a maple Viper neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups mounted on a tortoiseshell pickguard, a TZ synchronized tremolo bridge and Gotoh locking tuning machines.

The RT240 is a similar model with a single coil pickup in the neck position replacing this model's humbucker.

The RT250 was discontinued after 1993 along with the entire RT series.
