The RT150 is an RT series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1992. The RT series are "retro" instruments based on the RG; instead of a locking tremolo and high-output pickups, they featured a more traditional appearance and sound.

The RT150 has a basswood body (changed to alder for 1993) bolted to a maple Viper neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups and a standard tremolo bridge.

The RT140 is a similar model with a single coil pickup replacing the RT150's humbucker in the neck position.

The RT150 was discontinued after 1993 along with the entire RT series.
