The RS430 is a Roadstar Deluxe series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1984.

The RS430 features a birch top on a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Components include three Ibanez V7 bar-style single coil pickups mounted in a black pickguard with the bridge pickup mounted askew, a Pro Rock'r double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut, knurled Tek Grip control knobs and Smooth Tuner II tuning machines.

For 1985 the birch top was eliminated.

The RS440 is a similar model with a different pickup configuration.

The RS430 was discontinued after 1985. It was replaced by the RG430.
